These terms cover your use of this website, yapify.co, which is run by Yapify Pty Ltd (ABN 14 697 098 918). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You may read, print and share this site for your own personal or non-commercial use. Please do not copy it wholesale, scrape it, republish it as your own, or try to break, overload or interfere with it.

Events

Event information on this site — dates, times, venues, prices and what is included — is correct as far as we know at the time of publishing, and can change. Some events are still being confirmed. Where a venue or a detail is not yet locked in, we try to say so plainly rather than promise something we cannot deliver.

Pressing "I'm interested" is not a booking and does not reserve you a place. It sends us an email so we can get back to you with the real details. Bookings, tickets and payment, where they apply, are handled separately and will have their own terms at the time.

Events are open to everyone. We ask people to treat each other decently, and we reserve the right to ask someone to leave an event if they do not.

What belongs to whom

The Yapify name, logo, writing, photographs and designs on this site belong to Yapify Pty Ltd, unless stated otherwise.

The ceramic works shown in the collaboration section, and the photographs of them, are the work and property of the artist known as Pottery Boy, and are used with his permission. Please do not reproduce them.

Event posters may include work by other collaborators and partners, used with permission.

Links to other places

Where we link to another organisation's website or social account, we are not responsible for what is on it.

No promises about the site itself

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
